Does the calculator exclude weekends automatically?

Yes. By default the calculator skips both Saturday and Sunday when counting business days. If you select the option to include Saturday, only Sundays are excluded from the count.

How does the calculator handle holidays that fall on a weekend?

This calculator excludes weekends but does not automatically account for public holidays, since holiday schedules vary by country and region. To account for holidays, add the number of public holidays within your time span to your business day count manually.
