Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Ticket Optimizer do?

The Ticket Optimizer calculates the most cost-efficient combination of tickets across different tiers (Low and Upper) and types (Normal, Silver, Gold) and durations (Day, Weekly, Monthly). It helps you avoid overspending by identifying which mix of tickets covers your needs at the lowest total count or cost.

What do the ticket tiers (Low and Upper) mean?

Low-tier tickets generally apply to shorter distances or lower-cost routes, while Upper-tier tickets cover longer or premium routes. Each tier has Normal, Silver, and Gold variants with different value ratios.

How does my player level affect the optimization?

Your player level influences an efficiency bonus applied to your ticket calculations. Higher levels unlock better value ratios, meaning the same number of tickets can cover more actions or distance. The level bonus is displayed as a percentage in the results.

What is the difference between Day, Weekly, and Monthly tickets?

Day tickets are single-use passes valid for one day. Weekly tickets cover seven days and are more cost-efficient if you travel frequently. Monthly tickets offer the best per-day value but require a higher upfront count.

Should I prioritize Silver or Gold tickets over Normal ones?

Silver and Gold tickets typically offer a better value-per-ticket ratio than Normal tickets. If you have enough of them, using Silver or Gold tickets first will reduce your total ticket spend. The optimizer factors this in automatically based on your input quantities.

Can I enter zero for ticket types I don't have?

Yes — simply enter 0 for any ticket type you don't own or don't need. The optimizer will exclude that category from the calculation and focus only on the tickets you have available.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can enter?

Each ticket field accepts values from 0 to 999. Player level ranges from 1 to 400. These limits match standard game constraints to ensure the calculation remains accurate.

Why do Weekly and Monthly tickets sometimes give a lower total than Day tickets alone?

Weekly tickets cover 7 days for fewer total tickets than buying 7 Day tickets, and Monthly tickets cover roughly 30 days even more efficiently. When you need tickets for multiple days, bundling into Weekly or Monthly passes reduces the overall ticket count required.
